The District board’s primary responsibilities are: maintenance of the District’s Amenities; communication of District information via designated channels; holding Board meetings; creation and administration of the budget; collection of the Operations and Maintenance fees; repayment of the bond debt via the associated mill levy; and management of vendor contracts.
